White Hat East Africa

White Hat east Africa, more commonly known as white hat-Africa, is a loosely organized group of intermediaries who are based in east Africa, predominantly in Kenya and Uganda. The organization was founded in 2005, by powerful internet hackers and associated with powerful politicians involved in massive corruption especially in the Kenya.
Most of the grand corruption schemes associated with them includes the Anglo-leasing scandal in Kenya. They are located in Kampala, Uganda , Nairobi, Kenya  and loosely in dare salaam, Tanzania.
The group top hire-achy comprises of powerful corrupt east African politicians who use the group as a front group for their activities in that region. Some of the notable personalities associated with the group are Nicholas Biwott, Joshua kulei all of Kenya, Khiddu Makubuya], Sam Kutesa  all fired but still powerful socialites in Uganda and Former Cabinet Minister Daniel Yona of Tanzania.
The group in the year 2011 decided to include various other illegal activities in the name of making east Africa  'a better place' for all. They are now associated with public tendering brokering, Money laundering, trading of insider information of various public quoted companies, hacking of various corporations websites including government agencies like procurement agencies, public universities (to recruit fresh talents), oversight authorities, the Kenya police website, Ugandan government  websites among others.
The internet has lately seen their resurgence through multiple websites which the group keeps altering in different proxies, in a bid to hire more willing members to do their various somewhat very lucrative jobs and conceal their identities. The notorious anonymous group which is involved in widespread hactivism and a constant headache to international law enforcement agencies, endorsed the Kenyan branch as one of the peripheral groups living up to their spirit. Although not necessarily tied to a single online entity, many websites are strongly associated with Anonymous. This includes notable imageboards such as 4chan, and now White Hat east Africa, as an introduction of their activities in Africa.
A source in the membership also disclosed how they hire members for their transportation jobs, where drugs and contrabands are distributed throughout the east African states without interference from the police (who sometimes are members receiving kickbacks from the group and escort some of this wares). “they pay you in USD per job and provide you with documentation to snake your way around the states providing you with accommodation in member hotels and top of the range vehicles to do the jobs, now let me ask you, who will abandon this kind of money in USD in this hard economic times?’’ poised Rubinda* a Ugandan army lieutenant who has been a member for the last 1year. ‘’We are so many of us including airhostesses and ordinary citizenry. In fact for you to join you are supposed to show your avarice tendencies to do anything for money because the only thing that binds us is just that, Money!’’ quipped Rubinda*
In conclusion this group is dangerous, cunning and spurning our community in reverse gear though the offsets are in the financial gains for their members. Bribery and corruption can have a very detrimental effect on an economy and the World Bank has estimated that 0.5% of GDP is lost through corruption each year.  Engaging in corrupt practices also creates a very un-favorable business environment by encouraging unfair advantage and anti-competitive practices.  As well as allowing organized crime to flourish, corruption is one of the primary obstacles to the economic development of our east African community; it undermines the rule of law, weakens trust in public institutions and challenges democratic principles.
If anyone has more information on them please post them here or anywhere on the internet to root them out and expose them.
